Masoud Mohibi is currently under contract with Khaybar Khorramabad and has previously made headlines in the transfer market. This young defender was on the verge of transferring to Orenburg in Russia last summer, but the move ultimately did not materialize, and he returned to Iranian football. Now, Esteghlal hopes to secure this talented player.
Future Prospects for Esteghlal
If negotiations progress and both parties reach an agreement, Masoud Mohibi could become one of Esteghlal's young options to strengthen the defense line. Given this player's young age (21 years) and his experience in Iranian football, if the transfer is finalized, he could become one of Esteghlal's successful signings.
Esteghlal, which is keenly looking to strengthen its defense line, has an urgent need for a central defender. Considering the league's intensity and the presence of three national team defenders in the lineup, acquiring a young and talented player could help improve the team's performance. Negotiations with Masoud Mohibi continue, while reports have previously emerged regarding his name being on Esteghlal's list of options.
Challenges Ahead
However, up to this point, no final agreement or official contract between Esteghlal and Masoud Mohibi has been announced, and it remains to be seen what results the negotiations in the coming days will yield. Meanwhile, Esteghlal fans hope that by acquiring a young and talented defender, their team will be set on the path to greater successes.
Currently, everything remains at the level of negotiation and speculation, and we must wait to see whether Esteghlal will be able to finalize this transfer or not. Given his high potential, Masoud Mohibi could become one of Esteghlal's future stars and play an important role in the team's successes.
