Didier Ndong, the Gabonese midfielder and last season's Esteghlal player, has recently been offered to Persepolis. This offer comes while his transfer status is still in the preliminary review stage, and the Reds have not yet made their final decision.
Ndong's Conditions and Challenges Ahead
Ndong, who has a history with Esteghlal, has been away from competitive play in recent months due to his absence from the fields. This issue is considered one of the significant and challenging points regarding the possibility of his transfer. Reports indicate that this player has been out of action for about 9 months, and this absence could be seen as a major obstacle in his joining Persepolis.

Competition for Ndong's Transfer
Alongside Persepolis, Ndong's name has recently come up more in connection with Tractor. Javad Nekounam, the head coach of Tractor, is interested in this Gabonese midfielder and has expressed a desire to acquire him given the state of his team's midfield. Meanwhile, Persepolis has not announced any agreement or official negotiations for Ndong, and even his physical condition and long absence from competitions could influence the Reds' final decision.
Tartari, the head coach of Persepolis, needs to conduct the necessary evaluations to reach a final conclusion regarding Ndong's transfer. This comes as acquiring a new player for the team always brings its own challenges and difficulties, especially since the psychological and physical pressures for players who have been away from competition for a long time can affect their performance.
Ultimately, the final decision regarding Didier Ndong's transfer to Persepolis depends on the internal conditions of the club and the team's needs. The Reds must carefully consider his situation and the potential impacts on the team to make the best decision.
