Tehran Municipality, committed to supporting exceptional students, spends approximately 400 billion tomans annually on free services for this segment of society. This initiative is seen as a hope for families with disabled and exceptional children, especially in the current situation where many families face challenges due to economic issues.

Recent Advances and Economic Challenges
Rahimi also announced the monthly injection of 50 new buses into Tehran's bus network and emphasized the economic pressures faced by school service applicants. He stated that despite providing interest-free loans to taxi drivers, the sudden increase in vehicle prices has posed challenges to the modernization process. According to him, vehicle prices have risen sharply in a short period, reducing drivers' purchasing power.
Rahimi further mentioned a 69% drop in registrations in the "Sepand" system compared to last year, attributing this decline to economic issues and uncertainty regarding the reopening of schools. Nevertheless, Tehran Municipality remains committed to providing free services to exceptional students.
In conclusion, the CEO of the Taxi Organization called for the facilitation of laws and regulations by educational organizations and the governorate to improve service quality and emphasized the necessity of professional training for drivers to ensure appropriate behavior and safety when interacting with students.
