Today, the City Theater transformed into a station of poetry and empathy by hosting a cultural event. This program was designed to promote accessibility culture and raise public awareness about the capabilities and talents of visually impaired individuals, starting at 10 AM.
Poetry Reading in Braille
In this program, a group of enlightened individuals recited poems from great Persian-speaking poets using Braille books for metro passengers. This initiative not only provided an opportunity to showcase the abilities of visually impaired individuals but also reminded passengers that poetry and literature are a common language for all humanity.

Distribution of Hafez's Divination in Braille
A special section of this event included the distribution of pieces of Hafez's divination in Braille among passengers. These divinations were read by dear enlightened individuals, allowing attendees to become more familiar with Iranian literature. Notably, all the execution processes, management, and operational staff for this program were composed of capable visually impaired individuals.
The aim of holding this program was to create an opportunity to showcase the less visible capabilities and to convey the message of equality, social participation, and universal access to culture and literature. This event is considered a valuable opportunity for responsible storytelling and strengthening the culture of empathy within the community.
