Amirreza Jalali Farahani, head of the 137 system, during a meeting dedicated to reviewing the "Welcome to Mehr" program, announced a new decision to facilitate communication between citizens and various urban institutions. According to him, considering the importance of service delivery at the beginning of the academic year and with the emphasis of the senior management of Tehran Municipality, a special contact key has been created in the 137 system.
Facilitating Communication with Urban Officials
Jalali Farahani explained that this contact key allows citizens to simultaneously connect with relevant officials in the fields of bus transportation, traffic, taxi services, and the metro when they call. This initiative, especially during the month of Mehr when traffic and the need for public services increase, can help expedite service delivery and resolve citizens' issues.

Monitoring and Documenting Calls
The head of the 137 system also emphasized the importance of monitoring conversations and simultaneously recording information in the system's software. This process is designed to enhance oversight of responses, document calls, and provide the possibility of analyzing citizens' problems. With this approach, officials can quickly respond to existing issues and provide necessary solutions.
This collaboration, utilizing the capacity of the 137 system, will strengthen accountability and more effective communication between citizens and the transportation and traffic department units. This plan will be particularly important at the onset of the new academic year when the need for smoother and faster services is felt.
Amirreza Jalali Farahani noted that these actions are aimed at improving urban quality of life and facilitating citizens' mobility, adding: "We hope that with these changes, citizens will have a better experience with urban services and can easily follow up on their needs."
