Amin Rahbar, the Strategic and Information Analysis Deputy of the 137 Plus system, announced in a press conference the design and finalization of new processes in this system. This initiative aims to enhance the quality of responses to citizens and clarify the follow-up on requests.

Targeting Integration and Transparency

Rahbar emphasized that this project aims to create cohesive and transparent procedures, improve the ability to track requests, and strengthen oversight of the handling process. He pointed out that this revision and integration of processes could lead to an improvement in the quality and efficiency of the response system for citizens, stating: "With the establishment of these new processes, the 137 Plus system will operate with a focus on standardization and greater transparency."

Wide Participation of Experts in the Project

This project has been carried out in 13 phases with the participation of 200 experts and representatives from various fields. Rahbar stated that over 820 person-hours of expert work have been dedicated to reviewing existing processes, identifying weaknesses, and designing new processes. According to him, this extensive collaboration reflects the importance of the subject and a strong will to improve services for citizens.

He also added: "The changes made in the 137 Plus system will not only lead to greater order in registering and tracking requests but will also enhance the ability to trace requests. These changes will help us be more accountable and transparent to citizens."

Positive Impacts for Citizens

Given the growing trend of citizens' requests and the need for a more efficient response system, it seems that these actions could lead to an improved experience in using public services. Rahbar, while highlighting the importance of these processes, stated: "Citizens have the right to benefit from optimized and transparent services, and we, as the custodians of these services, must do our utmost to achieve this goal."

Ultimately, considering the fundamental changes in the 137 Plus system and the active participation of experts, it is hoped that this system will become a more effective tool for responding to citizens' needs and contribute to enhancing public satisfaction.
