Ali Motahari, the Deputy Speaker of the 10th Parliament, in new statements assessed the current state of relations between Iran and the U.S. and believes that the likelihood of an agreement between the two countries is greater than the likelihood of a military attack. He emphasized that given the current conditions in the U.S., it seems that this country is moving towards accepting Iran's conditions.

Analysis of the Current Conditions in the U.S.

Ali Motahari reacted to the recent threats from Donald Trump, the President of the United States, saying: "Trump will not attack Iran until the congressional elections." He noted that the internal and international challenges facing the U.S. could influence Trump's decision-making.

He pointed out that considering the economic and social issues present in the U.S., the likelihood of this country moving towards an agreement with Iran is greater than the likelihood of a military attack. Motahari also added that if an agreement occurs, many of Iran's conditions could be accepted.

Forecasting the Future of Iran-U.S. Relations

Ali Motahari continued his remarks by assessing the global conditions and their impact on Iran-U.S. relations, stating: "I consider the likelihood of an attack on Iran to be weak after the elections" and added that it seems Trump will ultimately move towards diplomacy and agreement to alleviate the existing crises in his country.

He also highlighted the importance of international agreements and their role in improving economic and political conditions, stating that such agreements could benefit both countries. Motahari expressed that these conditions could also be beneficial for Iran, suggesting that new grounds for cooperation and interaction may emerge.

Given Ali Motahari's statements, it seems that the future of Iran-U.S. relations is influenced by the internal and international conditions of the U.S. He believes that diplomacy and agreement could be a solution to current problems and guide both sides towards a positive direction.
