Al-Mashat, the head of Yemen's Supreme Political Council, in recent statements referred to the legitimacy of attacks on Saudi Arabia, considering these attacks a reasonable and rightful action to reclaim Yemen's national resources. He also warned about the danger of turning the Bab el-Mandeb Strait into a war zone, stating that this situation could have serious consequences for the security of the region.

Objective of the attacks: Ending the aggression

Al-Mashat emphasized that the main objective of these attacks is to end the aggression and blockade by Saudi Arabia on Yemen, saying: "We are fighting to reclaim our rights and our national resources. It is our right to defend our land and resources, and no one can deprive us of this right." He also added that these attacks are carried out to ensure security and peace for the people of Yemen.

Warning about the Bab el-Mandeb Strait

The head of Yemen's Supreme Political Council further pointed to the dangers of turning the Bab el-Mandeb Strait into a war zone, stating: "This strait is one of the most important and strategic maritime points in the world, and any unrest in this area could have widespread consequences for international security." According to him, the current situation could lead to increased tensions in the region and jeopardize maritime security.

Al-Mashat also warned the international community to pay attention to this situation and support diplomatic efforts to establish peace in Yemen. He emphasized that the continuation of the blockade and aggression by Saudi Arabia is absolutely unacceptable, and the people of Yemen will continue to fight for their rights.

Security and economic consequences

Recent developments in Yemen and the attacks on Saudi Arabia could have serious implications for the security and economy of the region. Any escalation of conflicts could lead to reduced investments and increased economic costs. On the other hand, the international community must pay attention to this issue and strive to find diplomatic solutions to end this crisis.

It seems that with the continuation of these conditions, security and stability in the region will be at risk, and this could negatively impact the humanitarian situation in Yemen as well. Therefore, it is necessary for all parties to work towards reaching a peaceful agreement and to respect the rights of the people of Yemen.
