He added: "The completion of the Dadman sports complex by the end of the year, the construction of a multipurpose building in the Poonak neighborhood, and the planned construction of a sports hall on Patrice Lumumba Street in the 1406 budget are among the main programs of urban management for balancing sports per capita."
Attention to Neighborhood Needs
Citizens of the Farahzad neighborhood are also receiving special attention. Salehi mentioned: "There is a serious determination from urban management to solve the problems of this neighborhood, and this is pursued through inter-agency coordination and the implementation of the 'Model Neighborhood' plan."
In this meeting, Zahra Shams Ahsa, a member of the Tehran City Council and head of the Social and Cultural Committee, also emphasized the need to transition from general reports to issue-based management. She stressed that the effectiveness of regional meetings can only be realized when they lead to precise identification of priorities and continuous follow-up on results.
Shams Ahsa pointed out the importance of social attachments in construction projects, stating: "Achieving sports justice must focus on accessibility, safety, and compatibility with the demographic characteristics of each neighborhood."
This agreement and development plans reflect the commitment of urban management to improve living conditions in neighborhoods and respond to the real needs of citizens. With these actions, it is hoped that social and cultural life in various neighborhoods of Tehran will flourish more.
