Yahya Golmohammadi has recently accepted the responsibility of leading the Hope team and has held an important meeting with Amir Ghalenooi. This meeting was held to coordinate the preparation camps for both the Hope and senior teams during the FIFA days in November. Simultaneously managing the rosters of both teams will undoubtedly be challenging, and Golmohammadi and Ghalenooi are working to reach an agreement in this regard.
Golmohammadi's New Team and Upcoming Challenges
Golmohammadi, alongside his assistants including Mostafa Sadaqat, Mohammad Asgari, Emad Mohajeri, and Emilio Alvarez, is looking to create a strong team for the upcoming competitions. This team includes trusted figures of Golmohammadi, but the selection of the first assistant remains a controversial topic. Mojtaba Hosseini, who had previously rejected the head coach position for the Hope team, is now being mentioned as Golmohammadi's first assistant. This shift occurs while no formal negotiations have yet taken place between Golmohammadi and Hosseini.
Rumors and Possible Scenarios
The presence of Mojtaba Hosseini in the Hope team as Golmohammadi's assistant is being discussed while Jalal Hosseini, the former captain of Persepolis, is also considered a candidate for this position. There are rumors about the possibility of changing the head coach of the senior national team and replacing Golmohammadi for Amir Ghalenooi. These changes could affect the fate of the collaboration between Golmohammadi and Hosseini. If Golmohammadi moves to the senior national team, the likelihood of Hosseini collaborating as his assistant in that team will become more serious.
On the other hand, football federation officials have claimed that Ghalenooi will remain the head coach of the senior national team, but given the one-year delay of the Asian Cup, his future is shrouded in uncertainty. This situation indicates uncertainty in the future of the national team and potential changes in its coaching staff. It seems that the fate of Amir Ghalenooi and Yahya Golmohammadi is interconnected, and any change in one could impact the other.
