Volodymyr Zelensky, the President of Ukraine, announced in a message on social media that he had received new information regarding Russia's preparations for a large-scale attack. He emphasized that Ukraine is preparing to confront this potential threat and is working on logistical solutions.

Preparation to confront new threats

Zelensky emphasized in his message that the Ukrainian government, in collaboration with local authorities, has developed plans for the transportation, distribution, and supply of goods, ammunition, and equipment. He stated, "We have set deadlines for a significant portion of the tasks, and the implementation of the highest priority items has already begun." These statements reflect Ukraine's firm determination to strengthen its defensive infrastructure and respond to new threats from Russia.

Increase in attacks and strategic targets

The President of Ukraine further referred to the increase in the scope of Russian air attacks, stating, "Moscow has expanded the range of its air strikes." Zelensky also announced that in response to these attacks, Ukraine will increase its strikes on Russian oil refineries. According to him, these refineries are a source of funding for the war and are among Ukraine's primary targets.

Zelensky also mentioned the peace negotiations, saying, "So far, we have not received any indication that Vladimir Putin, the President of Russia, is interested in peace negotiations or a ceasefire." These statements indicate that Ukraine currently has little hope for a diplomatic resolution to the crisis and is focused on strengthening its defense.

The President of Ukraine also expressed readiness for a potential meeting with Putin on the sidelines of the G20 summit, stating, "I am ready to meet and negotiate with the President of Russia at this summit." This remark reflects his willingness for diplomacy while emphasizing military readiness.

Zelensky also noted that any potential resumption of economic and diplomatic relations between Western countries and Russia should only occur in exchange for establishing peace in Ukraine. He firmly stated, "Peace is more important than the economy." This statement clearly reflects Ukraine's priorities in the current situation.
