Preserving Residents' Rights and Project Progress
Abbasi also emphasized that the council respects the rights of residents in these areas and that the project is currently in the final phase of the first stage. He announced the provision of 300 residential units that will meet part of the target community's needs. The obstacles regarding the remaining lands have also been resolved. His request from the Tehran municipality was to expedite the project while appreciating the Renovation Organization and the district municipality, and to preserve the green space in that area.
This action not only aims to provide suitable housing for residents of these areas but will also contribute to improving the quality of life and enhancing urban standards in the capital. It is hoped that with the implementation of such projects, a better life will be provided for the residents of these settlements, and their right to live in a healthy and suitable environment will be recognized.
