The Yomullah ceremony on November 13, Student Day and National Day of Struggle Against Global Arrogance, began this morning in various parts of the country. This ceremony is held under the central slogan "Pledge with the Martyrs; Battle Against Arrogance" and aims to renew the commitment to the ideals of the martyrs, honor independence and national dignity, and declare resistance against the domineering policies of the United States.

Rally Held in Over 900 Locations Across the Country

According to the announcement by the Islamic Propagation Coordination Council, rallies are expected to be held in over 900 locations across the country. In Tehran, the rally began at Palestine Square, and the participants are moving along Ayatollah Taleghani Street towards the former U.S. spy den. Additionally, as per the announced schedule, at 8 PM tonight, the slogan "Death to America" will echo in squares across the country.

November 13 is a reminder of three significant events in contemporary Iranian history: the exile of Imam Khomeini (RA) to Turkey in 1964, the massacre of students by the Pahlavi regime in 1978, and the seizure of the U.S. embassy by Muslim students following the line of Imam in 1979. The connection of these events has turned this day into one of the symbols of the Iranian nation's struggle against tyranny and foreign domination.

Crowd at Palestine Square

It is 9 AM, and Palestine Square is gradually taking on the appearance of a different day. A reporter present at the starting point of the November 13 rally reports that people are arriving from the surrounding streets; families, youth, and teenagers holding the tricolor flag of Iran or images of the martyrs are joining the crowd of participants.

The sound of eulogies can be heard in the square. Images of the martyr leader and commanders who lost their lives defending the Islamic homeland are seen in various corners of the square and among the hands of the people; these images, alongside the flags of Iran, are a prominent feature of today's gathering. Among the crowd, symbols of protest against U.S. policies are also visible. One of the attendees holds a caricature of Donald Trump depicting the U.S. President holding his own head, with notes on his crimes written on it.

The Iranian flag is a common feature among many attendees; in the hands of women and men, teenagers, and families who have gathered at Palestine Square to participate in the National Day of Struggle Against Global Arrogance. The destination of the marchers is the former U.S. spy den, and the crowd present at Palestine Square is set to move along Taleghani Street towards the main venue of the ceremony. This report will be updated...
