In the groups of Arts and Foreign Languages, the share from the 11th grade is set at 10 percent and from the 12th grade at 20 percent, making the total impact of academic records in these groups 30 percent. Furthermore, in the annual educational system, the share of academic records for the Mathematics, Experimental, and Humanities groups includes 17 percent from the 11th grade, 32.25 percent from the diploma, and 10.75 percent from the pre-university stage.
Solutions for Candidates Without Academic Records
Candidates without academic records, such as students and graduates from technical and vocational branches, seminary students, and holders of equivalent certificates, must act according to the programs announced by the Ministry of Education to create academic records in general and specialized subjects of the 11th and 12th grades. If a candidate does not participate in the scheduled exams, the raw score for the subject without an academic record will be considered zero.
Moreover, special conditions have been considered for candidates who have participated in the scientific Olympiads approved by the Supreme Council of the Cultural Revolution. These candidates will only have the academic records of the 12th grade with a 60 percent impact, and their overall academic record score will be calculated solely based on the subjects of this grade.
Given these changes, candidates should carefully follow the conditions and regulations for creating or repairing academic records through the announcements of the Ministry of Education. Additionally, the score of the practical exam for related fields will be calculated with a coefficient of 12 in the overall score of the specialized exam. This point may be significant for candidates in the fields of Arts and Sports Sciences.
