Seyed Mohammad Aghamiri, a member of the Tehran City Council, announced during the 437th public session of the council the final plans for the inauguration of 15 construction projects by the end of the year. He also elaborated on the latest construction achievements of the Tehran Municipality and traffic projects, emphasizing that these projects are designed to improve traffic conditions and facilitate the movement of citizens.
Inauguration of the Left Turn Bridge at the Sattar Khan Intersection
Aghamiri referred to the inauguration of the left turn bridge connecting East Sattar Khan to the beginning of Shahid Chamran Highway and said: "This point was one of the very sensitive and congested intersections of the capital, involving 5 main thoroughfares including Chamran Highway, Tohid Street, Nasrat Street, Amirloo Street, and Sattar Khan Street." The long waiting time for vehicles in this area significantly increased traffic congestion and caused backups in the surrounding streets. This bridge, which has come to fruition after 2 years of intensive work, is recognized as one of the main solutions for alleviating traffic flow in this key area.

Statistics and Figures of Construction Projects
Aghamiri provided statistics on the progress of construction, explaining that within the framework of 70 inter-regional projects, 146 bridges have been built over 260 weeks of this urban management period. In simpler terms, on average, a new bridge has been delivered to the citizens of Tehran every 12 days. He regarded this record as a sign of the round-the-clock efforts of the city's technical and executive body.
Furthermore, Aghamiri referred to the future-building projects of the capital, stating: "By the end of this year, about 15 significant construction projects will be completed and inaugurated." The first project in this chain, which will be inaugurated this week, is the highway known as "Doghaz," named after Martyr General Seyed Abdolrahim Mousavi, with phases one and three ready for operation.
These projects will not only help improve urban infrastructure but will also have a direct impact on the quality of life of citizens and reduce traffic problems. Aghamiri emphasized the importance of these projects, stating that efforts to improve traffic conditions and urban infrastructure will continue, and in collaboration with all relevant institutions, they are seeking more effective solutions to existing problems.
