The self-declaration registration for the increase in coupon credit has been postponed to next month due to disruptions in the Government Portal system. While 40 million eligible participants were supposed to register starting from October 21, technical issues have prevented this from happening.
Issues in the Government Portal
Many applicants have faced multiple disruptions in the Government Portal while trying to submit requests for the increase in coupon credit. These issues have been so severe that even visiting internet cafes has not been helpful. Therefore, officials have decided to deposit the 500,000 tomans credit for 40 million eligible participants without the need for registration.

Deposit of Coupon Credit in October
Individuals who have received a text message and are eligible for this plan can benefit from the increased coupon credit starting in October. According to the plans, after resolving the existing issues in the system, the registration and self-declaration process for these 40 million people will take place. Additionally, after final approval from the relevant authorities, the increased credit will be deposited into these individuals' accounts starting in November.
This decision has been made to alleviate concerns arising from the lack of access to the system, and officials hope that with the resolution of technical issues, the registration process will be completed soon. Therefore, applicants should not worry and can await the deposit of their new credit starting next month.
