Salimi, a professor at Allameh Tabatabai University, discussed Iranian identity and the impact of the Islamic Revolution on it in a scientific meeting. He emphasized that Iranian identity and the identity stemming from the Islamic Revolution do not require war and conflict, and he examined Iran's capabilities in the post-polar world.

Iran's Position in the Global System

Salimi pointed to recent developments in the global system and the emergence of a post-polar situation, emphasizing that Iran possesses capabilities that can be utilized in this system. He noted that Iran should seek opportunities that can be gained in these new conditions.

Iranian Identity and the Islamic Revolution

This university professor further noted that Iranian identity is not only dependent on the Islamic Revolution but has deep roots in the history and culture of this land. Expressing concern that some people mistakenly believe that preserving Iranian identity requires resorting to war and conflict, he said: "We should think about development and progress instead of war. Iranian identity can be preserved through diplomacy, culture, and art."

Salimi also referred to the challenges facing Iran in the international arena and emphasized the necessity of internal solidarity. He believes that only through unity and empathy can a situation be achieved where Iran can appear as an effective power on the global stage.

New Opportunities for Iran

In another part of his speech, Salimi addressed the new opportunities that have arisen for Iran as a result of global changes. He believes that Iran should leverage its capabilities in various fields such as technology, culture, and science to strengthen its position in the world. In his opinion, Iran can become a model for progress and innovation by relying on its creative and young human resources.

Finally, Salimi urged the country's officials to change their approaches in light of the new global conditions and move towards creating new opportunities. He emphasized that if Iran can properly utilize its capabilities, it can be recognized as a major player in the global system.
