Iran University of Medical Sciences announced an important news regarding the return of 10 faculty members who had emigrated abroad. Nader Tokali, the president of this university, stated in his recent press conference that, given the current conditions, the exit of doctors from the full-time system has decreased in the year 1405, and this indicates a positive transformation in the status of doctors and the university.

Status of Doctors' Salaries

In this meeting, Tokali referred to the status of salary payments for faculty members and said: "Fortunately, with the coordination that has been done, the salaries of faculty members are being paid, and with the start of the educational season, it has been emphasized that doctors' claims, especially their full-time rights, should be updated around the beginning of Mehr month." He also pointed out the problems that existed in the area of securing resources for payments to medical doctors and stated that payments to doctors have now become more orderly.

Decrease in the Exit of Doctors from the Full-Time System

The president of Iran University of Medical Sciences also spoke about the status of doctors leaving the full-time system, saying: "One of the indicators we monitor is the exit of doctors from the full-time system, and fortunately, this indicator has decreased in the year 1405." According to Tokali, precise statistics will be announced after the completion of the investigations, but he specifically emphasized that the exit from full-time has decreased.

This statistic is particularly significant given that doctors and dentists are obtaining the necessary certifications to continue their professional activities abroad. Tokali further stated: "According to statistics, the number of certificates issued in the year 1405 has decreased compared to the year 1404, and in the year 1404, it also decreased compared to the year 1403."

Reverse Migration and Its Importance

Nader Tokali also referred to the return of 10 faculty members and said: "This reverse migration is very important for us, as these individuals have shown a renewed desire to be present at the university." The return of these faculty members not only indicates a change in attitude towards the current conditions but also heralds a bright future for the university and the country's health system.

Finally, Tokali emphasized the importance of these developments, stating: "We must strive to create better conditions for faculty members and doctors to witness a decrease in emigration and an increase in the return of human resources to the country." These efforts can help strengthen the country's health system and improve the medical situation for the people.
