Tehran University has issued a new announcement specifying the registration time for dormitories for non-local daily master's students entering the 1406-1405 academic year. Eligible students can register from 10 AM on Tuesday, November 5, until 10 PM on Wednesday, November 6, by visiting the Tehran University dormitory accommodation system.
Dormitory Registration Details
According to this announcement, students must complete their educational registration and course selection before proceeding with the dormitory registration process. Additionally, the dormitory registration time for non-local students accepted into the Fuman Technical College, Caspian (Chouka), Abou Rayhan, Farabi Colleges (Qom), and Agriculture and Natural Resources will be announced separately.

Registration Conditions and Requirements
The General Directorate of Dormitory Affairs at Tehran University has emphasized that all registration steps must be completed online, and in-person acceptance will not be possible. Furthermore, according to the Ministry of Science's Student Welfare Fund directive, accurately entering educational level information and requesting accommodation for the first semester in the Student Welfare Fund system is mandatory. This information can directly affect the reservation of breakfast and dinner for students residing in the dormitory.
The dormitory rent will be directly deposited into the Student Welfare Fund account, and in case of withdrawal or early eviction, the rent amount will not be refundable. Additionally, if the rent is not paid, the amount will be recorded as the student's debt. Tehran University intends that if a student is not recognized as enrolled in the first semester of the 1406-1405 academic year for reasons such as academic leave or semester withdrawal after the deadline for course addition and deletion, their accommodation will be canceled without refunding the rent.
Key Collection Time for Dormitory Rooms
After completing educational registration, course selection, and dormitory registration, students can visit the key issuance unit from 8 AM on Tuesday, November 5, to collect their room keys. This step in the registration process highlights the importance of dormitories and suitable accommodation for students at the beginning of the new academic year.
