Rezaei emphasized that as long as Iran's conditions are not fulfilled, the Strait of Hormuz will not be opened, stating: "We are seeking a new diplomacy, but this does not mean accepting unfair conditions. The Americans are in no way trustworthy, and they must pay attention to the fact that the Strait of Hormuz is one of the most important strategic points in the world."

He added: "We do not want a war between Saudi Arabia and Yemen. The Yemenis are independent, and we are seeking to ensure peace and security in the region. However, if Iran's conditions are ignored, the Strait of Hormuz will not be opened to anyone."

Mohsen Rezaei further pointed out another aspect regarding Iran's new diplomacy, saying: "The necessary guarantees for the fulfillment of Iran's conditions must be provided. We cannot trust agreements without guarantees. Iran's power in accessing the Strait of Hormuz is an important tool that allows us to secure our people's rights."
