Mohammad Amin Tavakolizadeh, Deputy Mayor of Tehran, in a meeting with Meysam Farajollahi, Secretary of the Knowledge-Based Economy Family-Oriented Headquarters of Tehran Municipality, emphasized the necessity of identifying all the capacities of the municipality to boost production and employment. In this session, he appreciated the efforts made and stated that this issue does not end here and that there should be a focus on discovering unknown and independent entities within the municipality.

The Necessity of Identifying Capacities to Advance Work

Tavakolizadeh pointed out that Tehran Municipality is a very large entity, saying: "There are many collections within this entity that need to be discovered to utilize their capacities." He also emphasized the need for a complete scan of the municipality and the city to determine what capacities exist to advance work.

He referred to the existing platforms for quick communication with audiences, stating: "Municipal tax bills are issued for all plates in Tehran, and this is a significant capacity. Additionally, two million daily metro passengers and users of fruit and vegetable markets and Shahrvand stores constitute a wide audience. By placing a scannable code on these bills, point-to-point and cost-effective access can be created."

Defining Common Benefits with the Market

The Deputy Mayor of Tehran emphasized the importance of meetings with market activists and defining common benefits, adding: "We must meet with the market and define common benefits so that economic activists can enter the field." He also pointed to the necessity of specializing in certain areas such as carpets, painting, graphic design, architecture, artificial intelligence, and electronic sports, stating: "Specialized audiences in these areas are defined, and events like the Milad Tower Architecture Event and the Arman Festival in electronic games have managed to gather the target community. Six thousand people participated in the Arman Festival, providing us with valuable information from this statistical community."

Tavakolizadeh, citing an example from the surrounding chains of the Tehran market, said: "If these chains are correctly discovered, home skills can be connected to the market." He also emphasized that in urban and home occupations, currently, skills are ahead of knowledge, and these markets should not be lost.

He regarded failed experiences as valuable assets and referred to the experience of introducing a thousand new jobs in the resistance economy, stating: "Some of these experiences can be revived with the right reforms, but the prerequisite for these changes is a thorough examination of the reasons for failures." Tavakolizadeh asserted: "The municipality is a large market that wants to help boost production and employment."

The Necessity of Creating Support Funds and Advisors

The Deputy Mayor of Tehran further emphasized the necessity of closely monitoring capacities in the field of resistance economy, stating: "In this area, a path has been taken; we must keep past experiences in mind because some completed works can be revived with the right corrections." He also highlighted the importance of having support funds and advisors to facilitate the business process, adding: "If the issue of funds had been considered from the beginning, many projects would not have stalled."

Tavakolizadeh, referring to the capacity of experts in the licensing field, said: "The chain of licenses and golden signatures must be identified and corrected. Facilitation should include loans, consulting, brokerage, and smoothing the path; otherwise, no matter how many loans are given, ancillary costs will prevent progress."

He also emphasized the importance of paying attention to regional markets such as Afghanistan, Iraq, Tajikistan, and Armenia, stating: "We must talk and consult with producers and old market investors; they have a strong sense and understand the path of investment." In conclusion, Tavakolizadeh emphasized that we should not stand against the market and should position ourselves alongside it to help revive closed businesses.
