Mohajarani, the government spokesperson, announced in a press conference about the issuance of motorcycle licenses for women that the existing legal gap in this regard will soon be resolved. He stated that with the removal of this issue, women will be able to easily obtain motorcycle licenses.

Review of the Legal Gap

Mohajarani explained that in the past, the law specified that the "authority to issue licenses was for men," and this phrase had somehow prevented the issuance of licenses for women. He noted that the existence of this phrase in the law had caused problems in the process of issuing motorcycle licenses for women. However, with the new amendments, this obstacle will be removed.

Training and Testing for Women

He also referred to the importance of having women who can take action in motorcycle training. According to Mohajarani, with the involvement of these women, it will also be possible to hold tests for obtaining motorcycle licenses. He expressed hope that we will soon witness the issuance of licenses for women, and this action will increase the freedom and independence of women in this area.

Given the importance of this issue and the repeated requests from women for equal access to opportunities, the issuance of motorcycle licenses can create a positive transformation in their daily lives. This decision will not only help enhance women's awareness and skills in transportation but can also lead to a change in societal attitudes towards the role of women in various fields.

With the commencement of this process, it is expected that the relevant ministries and organizations will quickly take the necessary actions and make effective steps towards achieving equal rights for women. This action reflects the government's attention to the needs of society and its efforts to improve the living conditions of women.
