The Ministry of Welfare is facing serious criticism as the lack of follow-up by the officials of this ministry in improving people's livelihood and increasing war vouchers has put the economic situation and purchasing power of society in a critical state.
Livelihood Challenges and Public Discontent
Recently, representatives of the people in the Islamic Consultative Assembly have strongly criticized the performance of the Ministry of Welfare. Majid Nasirpour, a representative of the people of Sarab, pointed out the lack of serious action by the Ministry of Welfare to increase livelihood capacity, stating: "Many people are struggling to meet their basic needs, and this situation is unacceptable." He added: "War vouchers, as one of the supportive tools, must be delivered to the people in a timely and correct manner; unfortunately, the officials of the Ministry of Welfare have been negligent in this regard."

The Role of Representatives in Addressing Economic Issues
Ahmad Bigdeli, a representative of the people of Khodabandeh, also addressed this issue, saying: "People expect officials to pay more attention to their livelihood problems and take action to resolve these issues. If this trend continues, public discontent will increase, and the economic conditions of the country will become more difficult." These representatives also emphasized the need for transparency in the policymaking of the Ministry of Welfare and called for accountability from the ministry officials regarding the current situation. According to them, the lack of transparency and effective follow-up can lead to increased despair and distrust among the people towards the government.
In a situation where people are under severe economic pressure, it is expected that the Ministry of Welfare will help improve livelihood conditions by making effective and immediate decisions. This is while many families are facing numerous challenges, and the inability to meet basic needs has become a social problem.
Consequences of Continuing This Situation
Continuing this trend could have dire consequences for society. Inability to secure livelihoods will lead to a decrease in quality of life and an increase in social harms. These problems not only harm individuals but also affect the entire community and can lead to broader psychological and social damages.
Ultimately, it is expected that the Ministry of Welfare will pay more serious attention to the livelihood problems of the people and take effective steps towards improving the economic and livelihood conditions of society by providing practical solutions. This issue is not only the responsibility of the government but also requires cooperation and coordination between institutions to help improve the livelihood conditions of the people.
