Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu, the Foreign Minister of Turkey, expressed concern over recent developments in the region and clearly stated that military intervention against Iran cannot be an appropriate solution to the existing crises. He further noted that currently no one supports such an action, and this kind of approach will only escalate tensions.
Concerns about the consequences of military attacks
Çavuşoğlu answered reporters' questions at a press conference and said, "An attack on Iran could have dire consequences for the entire region." He emphasized that, referring to the history of military interventions in the Middle East, such actions often lead to greater instability and do not resolve problems.

The necessity of dialogue and diplomacy
The Turkish Foreign Minister also pointed to the importance of diplomacy and dialogue in resolving issues among countries in the region. He stated that only through negotiations and cooperation can effective and sustainable solutions be achieved. Çavuşoğlu advised other countries to refrain from military options and instead seek peaceful ways.
These remarks come at a time when tensions between Iran and some Western countries, especially the United States, are escalating. Çavuşoğlu, emphasizing Turkey's position on this issue, added that Ankara has always sought stability and security in the Middle East and does not accept any military intervention.
Given the current conditions and existing possibilities, Çavuşoğlu warned the international community to avoid any provocative actions and to address problems through diplomacy and dialogue. He believes that only in this way can peace and tranquility be achieved.
