According to him, to create a strong visual identity across the city, it is necessary for all areas to adhere to a single pattern.

The importance of providing facilities at stations

Mozaffar also referred to the necessity of installing mobile charging devices, adequate lighting, furniture, and information signs regarding bus traffic at the stations, stating: "Visual clutter at the stations must be avoided, and extensive advertising should not disrupt the space of the stations."
