Iran's Wallet is being prepared as a modern tool for welfare payments to government employees. Ali Akbar Hadadi Harandi, Head of the National Systems Management Office of the Administrative and Recruitment Organization, announced today, Thursday, that with the technical infrastructure of the Central Bank ready, this plan will soon be implemented.
Details of the Plan's Implementation
With a recent resolution by the Cabinet, executive agencies are required to pay part of their welfare assistance in the form of "Iran's Wallet." The minimum monthly charge for each employee has been set at one million tomans. This action is considered part of efforts to improve the financial and welfare conditions of government employees.
Applications and Benefits of Iran's Wallet
Iran's Wallet is a payment tool that is accessible via a USSD code. Users can access this system by dialing the USSD code *98. Features of this wallet include checking balance, charging the wallet, transferring funds, and shopping from partner stores. This tool will also be accessible through the USSD code in case of internet disruptions and banking network hacks, providing more security and convenience for users.
With this initiative, the government aims to facilitate the process of providing welfare assistance and increase employees' trust in the banking and government system. Especially in situations where some employees may face serious challenges due to financial problems, this action can be considered a temporary and effective solution.
The implementation of this plan is regarded as one of the government's important actions to improve the economic and welfare conditions of government employees. Given that this plan will soon be operational, it is expected that government employees will respond positively to it.
