The price of cars has significantly increased on Saturday, October 10, 2026. Investigations show that fluctuations in parallel markets and macroeconomic variables have always influenced price trends. Currently, the exchange rate, inflation expectations, the amount of car supply, and the volume of transactions are among the key factors determining prices.

Increasing trend of car prices

Since the beginning of October, the domestic car market has faced a significant price increase for some models. The Peugeot 207 automatic, in this context, has increased by 800 million Tomans, reaching a price of 3 billion and 710 million Tomans. This price increase, especially at a time when buyers have turned to used options and older cars, has altered the purchasing equations.

Price increase of Saipa and assembled cars

In the Saipa product market, the price of the new Quick S has increased by 225 million Tomans since the beginning of October, reaching 1 billion and 630 million Tomans. Additionally, the Saina S has also increased by 195 million Tomans, trading in the market at a price of 1 billion and 675 million Tomans. This situation is also evident in the market for assembled cars. The Fidyliity Elite Type 2 seven-seater has increased by 1 billion and 600 million Tomans since the beginning of October, reaching a price of 7 billion and 600 million Tomans.

This price increase clearly indicates market fluctuations and their effects on buyers' decisions. Meanwhile, the price of the Dena Plus automatic has also increased to 3 billion and 530 million Tomans, making it one of the most popular cars in the free market.

However, the level of transactions and how buyers react to these changes can determine the fate of the market in the coming days. It seems that the price increases have pushed many buyers towards non-new options, and these changes require more attention from producers and market officials.
