Mars and Oreo dessert is a cold, layered dessert that, with the combination of several delicious ingredients, can be a suitable option for gatherings and parties. This dessert is made with layers of chocolate Tita biscuits, whipped cream, milk-soaked Petit Beurre biscuits, Oreo biscuits, and Mars chocolate ganache. The beauty of this dessert lies in its layers, which are usually served in glass or Pyrex dishes.

Ingredients for Mars and Oreo Dessert

To make this delicious dessert, you will need the following ingredients:

  • Chocolate Tita biscuits
  • Breakfast cream
  • Whipped cream powder
  • Petit Beurre biscuits
  • Milk
  • Oreo biscuits
  • Mars chocolate

How to Make Mars and Oreo Dessert

First, choose the desired dish. It is better to use a glass or Pyrex dish so that the layers of the dessert can be well seen. Cut the chocolate Tita biscuits in half and arrange them side by side in the dish. This layer forms the base of the dessert and prevents the upper layers from becoming too soggy.

Then, pour the breakfast cream into a suitable bowl and add the whipped cream powder to it. Using a high-speed electric mixer, beat the mixture until the volume of the cream doubles and a fluffy texture is achieved. Pour half of the creamy mixture evenly over the Tita biscuits and smooth the surface.

Gently dip the Petit Beurre biscuits in milk and then arrange a neat layer of them over the creamy mixture. Spread the remaining creamy mixture over the biscuits as well. Now it's time for the Oreo biscuits, which should also be soaked in milk and arranged on top of the creamy mixture.

To prepare the last layer, place the cream in a saucepan over low heat to warm it, then chop the Mars chocolates and add them to the cream. Stir well with a whisk until the chocolate melts and a ganache mixture is formed. Pour this ganache evenly over the dessert.

Finally, cover the dish with a freezer bag and place it in the refrigerator for 4 hours. After this time, take the dessert out of the refrigerator and decorate it as desired. You can use crushed Oreos, grated chocolate, or walnut pieces for decoration.

The important point is that the quality of the ingredients, the amount of cream beating, and the cooling time of the dessert can significantly affect the final result.
