Hassan Abdoliyanpour, the head of the Bar Association of the Judiciary, announced the start of this center's actions to support war victims in Bandar Abbas. He stated that this center began the process of documenting and assessing the situation of the victims from the early days following the attacks.
Expert and Legal Actions
Abdoliyanpour stated that so far, 537 expert assessments have been conducted in the regions of Bandar Abbas, Bandar Lengeh, Qeshm, and Jask. This center provides consultation and legal services to all individuals who need to pursue their violated rights. These services are offered free of charge to all victims. He also referred to the establishment of Branch 55 of the International Court in Tehran, where lawsuits for claiming material and moral damages and punishing the perpetrators of these actions are being pursued.

Main Goal: Upholding People's Rights
Abdoliyanpour emphasized the main goal of the Bar Association of the Judiciary, which is to uphold the rights of the people and pursue the violated rights of the victims. He stated that this center strives to support the victims by utilizing domestic and international legal capacities. These actions are aimed at strengthening human rights and assisting in compensating individuals for damages caused by war and violence.
Abdoliyanpour further stated: "We seek to help the victims by providing legal consultations and advocacy services so that they can pursue their rights through legal channels. This not only helps improve the psychological state of the victims but also demonstrates our determination to stand against oppression and injustice."
