Volodymyr Zelensky, the President of Ukraine, stated in his latest remarks that the United States has fully resumed providing early warnings about imminent Russian ballistic missile attacks after recent disruptions. These warnings play a crucial role in the operation of Ukraine's air defense systems, especially given the current increase in military threats from Russia.
Impact of Satellite Internet Restrictions
Zelensky also announced in an interview with the TSN television network that restrictions on the military satellite internet service Starshield, owned by SpaceX, have been lifted. This system has been activated since early Saturday with speeds of up to 420 kilometers per hour. The operation of this system faced limitations in early October due to Washington's diplomatic pressures on Kyiv.

The President of Ukraine stated that he raised these two issues during his meeting with Steve Witkoff, the U.S. special envoy, in Oslo, and considered the resumption of these services a result of those negotiations. According to Zelensky, these developments highlight the importance of international cooperation in facing military threats.
Upcoming Negotiations and Red Lines
Zelensky also referred to upcoming technical negotiations involving Ukraine, Russia, and the U.S. in November, emphasizing that Kyiv will never negotiate on limiting its armed forces or accepting forced neutrality after the war. He also reiterated his call for a trilateral meeting mediated by the U.S. involving himself and Vladimir Putin, the President of Russia.
The President of Ukraine further stated regarding the situation in occupied territories: "The issue of territories is a red line that can only be discussed at the level of leaders." These remarks reflect Ukraine's firm determination to defend its territorial integrity, especially as Russia currently occupies nearly 20 percent of Ukrainian territory.
