Traffic on Tehran - North Freeway and Chalus Road is prohibited today from 8 AM to 8 PM due to weather conditions and heavy traffic. This news has been announced by the country's road management center, and it seems that travelers need to plan their trips more carefully.

Traffic Status on Northern Routes

According to the information provided, traffic on Haraz Road in both directions and around the Chalao intersection is extremely heavy. This route is one of the busiest during holidays and summer travel, and currently requires special attention from drivers.

Flowing Routes and Weather Conditions

Meanwhile, traffic on other routes such as Firouzkuh Road, the old Tehran - Bumehen Road, Tehran - Pardis Freeway, and Qazvin - Rasht Freeway has been reported as flowing. According to the latest reports, northern routes are free from any weather disturbances, but rain is currently falling on some routes in Ardabil and Gilan provinces.

Additionally, fog has been reported on some routes in Ardabil province, which may affect drivers' visibility. These weather conditions necessitate increased caution while driving.

Traffic on Other Routes

Traffic on Qazvin - Karaj - Tehran Freeway is also heavy around Golshahr, Shahid Kalantari Terminal, and between Fardis Bridge and Kalak Bridge. Furthermore, heavy traffic exists on some sections of the Shahriar - Tehran route, which drivers should be aware of.

Given the weather conditions and heavy traffic on some routes, travelers should have a precise plan for their journeys in advance. It is recommended to avoid unnecessary trips if possible and to stay informed about weather and traffic conditions if travel is necessary.
