Sasan Karimi, an international affairs expert, in his new analysis examined the current state of Iran-China relations and the role of this country in regional issues. He stated that China always prioritizes its own interests and emphasized the importance of this country's mediating role in resolving regional issues.

China's Role as a Mediator

Karimi, referring to recent developments in international relations, said: "China is always striving to appear as an effective player in regional issues. This country cautiously enters new domains and can act as a mediator in crises." He particularly mentioned China's role in facilitating nuclear negotiations and diplomatic efforts, adding that this country can serve as a communication bridge between Iran and other countries.

The Need to Go Beyond Bilateral Meetings

This international affairs expert also advised Abbas Araqchi, the political deputy of Iran's foreign minister, not to limit himself to bilateral meetings. He added: "Bilateral meetings can be beneficial, but to advance larger goals, we need a clear and multilateral strategy. Diplomacy should be designed to include other key players as well."

Karimi emphasized that multilateral diplomacy can help accelerate the negotiation process and improve international relations, noting that cooperation with countries like China could provide new opportunities for Iran. He also stressed that in the current circumstances, Iran should seize every opportunity to strengthen its relations with major countries.

It seems that China, considering its economic and political interests in the region, is seeking to develop relations with Iran and other countries. This country is looking for ways to facilitate existing crises and enhance stability in the region. As an expert, Karimi urged Iranian officials to take advantage of these opportunities and pursue multilateral cooperation.
