In many startup support programs, teams first build a product and then look for customers. However, Reason, the first AI acceleration program of Golrang Industrial Group, has reversed this order: a real problem in an active business is defined first, and then teams are invited to solve it. The official call for the program will be published on Saturday, November 2, 2026.

This seemingly simple shift has significant implications: a product built for a specific need has a clear application and audience from day one, allowing the development team to focus all their efforts on creating a solution that works instead of spending a long time searching for a market.
Real Problems and Real Opportunities
The program's slogan, "Solutions from AI, Reasons from the Real World," summarizes this approach. In Reason, real problems and opportunities of Golrang Industrial Group companies are identified, and teams are recruited to create AI-based products or services for them.
These problems are defined in nine areas: sales and marketing, supply chain and logistics, production, research and development, human resources, finance, customer service, data analysis, and organizational productivity. A team whose solution does not exactly fit one of these areas but arises from a real business can also present it.
The acceptance capacity is limited, with a maximum of 10 teams being accepted in this round. For many AI startups, the hardest step is not building the product; it is finding the first customer. Reason targets this gap and provides it to selected teams.
Teams can be individual or multi-person. To apply, a pitch deck must be submitted that explains the problem at hand, the AI-based solution, and its connection to one of the nine program areas.
At the end of the program, it is not the end of collaboration. Depending on the outcome, teams can enter into direct business collaboration with a company or expand their solution within other companies in the group. This process provides an opportunity to enter larger markets.
Golrang Ventures, relying on past experiences and through Reason, is entering the field of artificial intelligence in a specialized manner; an approach that connects real business problems to the technical capabilities and creativity of AI teams while providing a platform for the formation and growth of new AI-based businesses.
