Vladimir Putin, the President of Russia, announced at a press conference that his country is seeking solutions to end the Ukraine war. He criticized the Ukrainian armed forces, stating that these forces have mined the routes leading to the city of Alshki and have created a new humanitarian disaster in the region.

Humanitarian Disaster in Alshki

Putin continued his remarks by referring to the humanitarian situation in Alshki, saying: "Ukrainian forces, through their actions, have endangered the lives of the people and created a critical situation. It is our duty to rush to the aid of the people in this situation and to strive to end this war." He emphasized that Russia will spare no effort to achieve a peaceful agreement.

Support for Africa in the Security Council

Additionally, Putin spoke of Russia's support for the presence of representatives from Africa in the United Nations Security Council. He stated: "We believe that the African continent should have a greater role in global decision-making, and therefore we support the presence of these countries in the Security Council." These remarks reflect Russia's efforts to strengthen international cooperation and improve relations with African countries.

As the Ukraine war continues, Putin emphasized the importance of dialogue and negotiation to resolve disputes and sent a message to the international community that Russia is seeking peaceful solutions. He also pointed out that military actions only exacerbate the crisis and that diplomatic avenues should be pursued.

Finally, Putin, stating that Russia is always in pursuit of peace, called on the global community to respond positively to these efforts and to cooperate in creating stability in the region. He said: "Only through cooperation and collaboration can we achieve a better and peaceful future."
