How to Prepare Meat Bites
First, peel and finely chop the onion. Pour some oil into a frying pan and place it over heat. Then add the chopped onion and after it becomes soft and golden, add the ground meat or chicken breast. Also, add some salt, black pepper, turmeric, and paprika, and stir the ingredients. Then add the tomato paste to the mixture and sauté for a minute. Finally, pour some boiling water over the ingredients and cover the pan to let the meat cook slowly.
Next, in a large bowl, combine the fancy bread flour with the soft butter, yeast powder, sugar, and cold milk. Mix the ingredients with an electric mixer for 10 minutes until you achieve a cohesive dough. If you are kneading by hand, you should knead the dough for 20 minutes. Cover the dough with greased plastic and let it sit at room temperature for 1 hour to double in size.
After the dough has rested, divide it into 100-gram pieces and shape each piece into a ball. Then flatten each ball with your hand and place a tablespoon of the cooled meat mixture in the center, closing the dough in your desired shape. Arrange the prepared bites on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and let them rest for another half hour. Finally, brush the dough with beaten egg and sprinkle some sesame seeds on top. Then place the tray in a 180-degree oven for 20 minutes until the bites are cooked and golden. You can also use an air fryer for quicker cooking.
