Pezeshkian, the President, reacted to the news of the impeachment of the Minister of Labor in a recent cabinet meeting and emphasized that problems cannot be solved by elimination. He stated that we all have flaws and urged other members of the government to help solve problems instead of eliminating them.

Call for collaboration to solve problems

Pezeshkian said in this meeting: "I told Mr. Ghalibaf as well that if we have a problem, we must help to solve that problem. We cannot eliminate problems by elimination. Such behaviors only lead to the continuation of problems and dissatisfaction." These remarks reflect Pezeshkian's approach, which emphasizes the importance of collaboration and cooperation in the government.

Aref's opposition to impeachment

Aref, the First Vice President, was also strongly opposed to any form of impeachment in the same meeting, stating that if the government or the President wants, they can change ministers, but not through impeachment. He stressed that the rumor of the government's agreement to the impeachment of the Minister of Labor should be quickly dismissed and emphasized that problems should be addressed with a constructive and positive approach.

These two government officials clearly stated that impeachment is not a solution to problems and can disrupt the government's workflow. They believe that more attention should be paid to existing problems and that existing capacities should be utilized to solve them.

Consequences of impeachment and the need for collective thinking

The impeachment of the Minister of Labor could have serious consequences for the government and society. While some may see it as a positive action to respond to inefficiencies, Pezeshkian and Aref believe that this action could lead to distrust and instability in the government structure.

On the other hand, this approach raises the question of whether the government has the ability to solve problems without frequent changes in management levels. In any case, Pezeshkian and Aref emphasize that existing capacities in the government should be utilized effectively to solve existing problems.

Ultimately, this meeting could be a turning point for the government to demonstrate how problems can be addressed through collaboration and cooperation, avoiding sudden changes and frequent impeachments.
