Yuri Ushakov, assistant to the President of Russia, stated in his latest remarks that no specific date has been set for the trilateral talks between Russia, the United States, and Ukraine. These remarks come as tensions in the region have significantly increased and hopes for a diplomatic resolution continue to diminish.

Zelensky's Readiness for Negotiation

Ushakov further referenced the statements of Volodymyr Zelensky, the President of Ukraine, saying: "We have heard Zelensky's statements regarding his readiness to negotiate on territorial issues and are currently reviewing them." Zelensky's remarks indicate his willingness to return to discussions and seek a diplomatic solution to the crisis in Ukraine.

Putin's Meetings with African Leaders

Amid this situation, Yuri Ushakov announced that Vladimir Putin, the President of Russia, will hold 9 bilateral meetings with leaders of African countries today. These meetings are taking place as Russia seeks to strengthen its relations with African countries and increase its influence on the continent. It seems these efforts are part of a strategy to reduce international pressures and sanctions against Russia.

Despite the trilateral talks still being in a state of uncertainty, this issue is particularly significant now as Ukraine and Russia face serious challenges. In recent years, the Ukraine crisis has become one of the most central international issues, and any agreement or progress in negotiations could impact the political and economic situation in the region.

In this context, political analysts believe that the lack of a set date for negotiations could mean a continuation of tensions and crises in the region. Additionally, this situation could lead to increased global concerns about security and stability in Europe.
