Nima Mirzazad, former goalkeeper of Sepahan and Mes Rafsanjan, has recently joined Colding in the second division league of Denmark. This transfer is considered a significant and challenging decision for him as he seeks to gain new experiences in European football. Mirzazad, who has previously experienced playing in Denmark, hopes to achieve greater success in this league this time.
A Challenging and Pleasant Choice
Mirzazad mentioned in an interview with reporters that his decision to join Colding was not made lightly. He recalls traveling to this city with the youth national team about 10 years ago and having the experience of playing here. Now, he faces a new opportunity to continue his professional career and wants to overcome this challenge successfully. "I think I have made a challenging decision, but this challenge is pleasant for me, and I hope good things happen for me in Danish football," he said.

Administrative Challenges and Separation from Sepahan
The process of Mirzazad's transfer to Colding was prolonged due to administrative issues and negotiations with Sepahan. He explained that Colding had sent a letter to Mes Rafsanjan instead of Sepahan, which complicated the transfer process. He also referred to his negotiations with Mr. Navidkia and Mr. Nikfar at Sepahan and stated that he ultimately managed to obtain consent for his departure and join his new team.
Mirzazad further mentioned the changes that have occurred in Colding, stating that a new coach from Norway has joined the technical staff. These changes could help improve the team's performance, and he hopes to achieve new successes with this team.
A New Experience in European Football
Mirzazad also referred to his motivations for choosing this path. He said: "When I went on loan to Mes Rafsanjan, I extended my contract with Sepahan for another season. However, due to the league being left unfinished and the relegation of Mes Rafsanjan, I decided not to return to Sepahan. I wanted to be somewhere I could prove myself. That's why I came to Danish football, and I want to test myself in Colding. Every player wants to play in Europe, and I also intended to have this experience. Coming to Denmark was a big risk, but I hope to succeed here.
Finally, in response to questions about financial matters, this goalkeeper stated that the contract he signed in Denmark is not significantly different from the contract he had in Iran. However, he emphasized that his main goal with this decision is to experience a new challenge and achieve greater successes. Mirzazad, as one of the new legionnaires of Iranian football, has stepped onto the field with hopes for a bright future in Europe.
