Mohammad Hassan Sadr, Deputy Minister of Communications and Head of the Iran Information Technology Organization, elaborated in an important statement on the readiness of government systems to counter cyber attacks. He emphasized that a significant portion of government processes is being carried out on the National Information Network, stating that good progress has been made in its development in the short time since its launch.
System Resilience in Critical Conditions
Mohammad Hassan Sadr further stated that the Information Technology Organization has special programs to maintain the resilience of systems in critical conditions. According to him, these programs are especially important in times when cyber threats are increasing. He stressed that these threats could damage the country's critical infrastructure, and therefore, the necessary readiness to respond to these attacks must always be present.
