The National Security Advisor of Iraq stated in a press conference that Baghdad's neutral position in regional relations means that this country does not constitute any interference or threat to other countries. These remarks come at a time when regional tensions, particularly among neighboring countries, have increased.

Emphasis on Iraq's Neutrality

The National Security Advisor of Iraq, while referring to the geographical and historical position of this country, emphasized the importance of maintaining positive relations with neighbors and said: "Iraq does not have a military arm in other countries and has always acted as a neutral country." He added: "We seek to create peace and stability in the region and do not pose any threat to any party."

Security Outlook in the Region

These remarks come at a time when many of Iraq's neighboring countries are seeking to strengthen their military and security capabilities. In this regard, the National Security Advisor of Iraq emphasized that Baghdad is not involved in military conflicts and will use all its capacities to establish peace. He also pointed to the importance of regional cooperation to address common challenges and said: "We should think of cooperation and solidarity instead of confrontation."

Iraq, as one of the key countries in the Middle East, has always played an important role in regional security and political developments. Given the complex security situation in neighboring countries, Baghdad's neutral position can serve as a model for other countries. The National Security Advisor of Iraq concluded by saying: "As an independent and neutral country, we are always ready to cooperate in strengthening regional security and stability."
