Elites and experts in the field of artificial intelligence in Iran gathered on Wednesday morning, October 29, at Sirjan Industrial University to exchange ideas and present their scientific findings at the first conference of the National Association of Artificial Intelligence of Iran. This event, supported by Gol Gohar Mining and Industrial Company, took place in the Omid Campus hall of this company and is considered an important opportunity to introduce advancements and existing challenges in this field.
Presence of Prominent Figures
The conference began with the presence of prominent figures such as Dr. Nourollahzadeh, President of the Innovation and Prosperity Fund, Dr. Chitsaz, Deputy Minister of Communications, Dr. Taghipour and Dr. Taheri, President and Vice President of the Artificial Intelligence Fraction of the Islamic Consultative Assembly, and Dr. Zahedi, President of the Iranian Artificial Intelligence Association. These individuals aimed to enhance the level of knowledge and technology in the field of artificial intelligence by sharing their latest scientific findings and experiences.

At the opening of this conference, Dr. Zahedi, honoring Dr. Attiqi, CEO of Gol Gohar Company, emphasized the role of youth and elites in the country's progress. He stated: "Today, a person who embodies the young elite Iranian and a patriotic Iranian manages this proud organization as he helps with the production and employment of the youth of this country." Dr. Nourollahzadeh and Dr. Chitsaz also presented the latest scientific findings in the field of artificial intelligence and emphasized the necessity of utilizing this technology to improve the economic and social conditions of the country. Dr. Attiqi, CEO of Gol Gohar, while referring to the position of artificial intelligence in the present era, explained: "We have seriously considered the use of artificial intelligence in the 10-year vision document of Gol Gohar Company and are among the few companies that have established an artificial intelligence presidency in their organizational chart. We need the help of universities in this field."
He also expressed wishes for success and victory for our dear country Iran, saying: "If we are to have a proud Iranian, we must fulfill our responsibilities well, and we promise to perform our duties well in the field of production and economy."
