Hojjatoleslam Shahab Moradi, referring to the existing social challenges in society, emphasized that creating a free platform for dialogue and listening to the concerns of the younger generation is a key solution to prevent social scratches from turning into deep wounds. He believes that without these dialogues, young people will feel neglected and misunderstood by the older generation.
Dialogue; A Bridge to Interaction
Moradi stated that today's youth are grappling with their own specific problems and challenges, adding: "If society has the opportunity to talk to young people and become aware of their concerns and problems, it can help shape interactive managers who have the ability to understand and respond to the needs of this generation." He emphasized that these dialogues should take place in a friendly and open atmosphere so that young people can express their opinions and feelings without fear of judgment.

Managers and the Young Generation; The Need for Mutual Understanding
Hojjatoleslam Moradi also pointed to the role of managers in creating this space, saying: "Managers must pay attention to the needs of young people and seek new solutions for effective communication with them." He noted that otherwise, small social scratches can turn into deep and unpleasant wounds that not only harm young people but also damage the entire society.
Ultimately, Moradi emphasized that dialogue is not just a tool but should be institutionalized as a culture in society. He hopes that with joint efforts, society can move towards a direction where all individuals, especially young people, feel that their voices are heard and acknowledged.
