Hojjatoleslam Alireza Shirnejad, head of the Religious Activities Center of Tehran Municipality, announced in his recent press conference the readiness of mosques in Tehran to assist in the opening and programs of schools. He emphasized that this collaboration can be effective in creating a positive and constructive educational environment for students.
Programs of the Martyr Arman Headquarters
Shirnejad further explained that the main programs of the Martyr Arman Headquarters will be implemented throughout the academic year. These programs include 86 sub-programs in various identity, social, media, and religious and national sectors. This diversity of programs reflects the serious determination of the municipality to strengthen the cultural and educational foundations in society.
Collaboration with Education Schools
Shirnejad, highlighting the importance of collaboration between mosques and schools, noted: "In this regard, we will stand alongside the education schools, and the possibility of assistance and collaboration will be provided." This collaboration can help strengthen social and cultural connections in neighborhoods and enrich the educational environment.
Mosques, as cultural and social institutions, can play a significant role in supporting students and motivating them. By creating joint programs, more opportunities for learning, growth, and social development can be provided. These actions not only help improve educational quality but also strengthen social bonds.
This news comes at a time when the necessity of establishing effective communications between cultural and educational institutions has been increasingly felt in recent years. Given the current state of society and the challenges faced by youth, the role of mosques in supporting adolescents and young people seems very vital.
With the announced programs, it is expected that these collaborations will have positive impacts on the cultural and social growth and development of students and can serve as a model for other cities and regions.
