A lost fuel card can be a common challenge for drivers. The National Oil Products Distribution Company has launched a system at fcs.niopdc.ir that allows citizens to check the status of cards left behind at stations and, if necessary, apply for a duplicate card.

Steps to Track a Lost Fuel Card

If a person leaves their fuel card at one of the fuel stations, that station is required to keep the card for a few days. If the owner of the card visits the station during this time, they can retrieve their card. However, if this period expires, the left-behind cards are sent to the National Oil Refining and Distribution Company and the relevant regional companies.

If the station attendant does not cooperate, citizens can call 09627 to register their complaint. This number serves as a direct communication line with the National Oil Products Distribution Company and assists applicants in addressing their issues.

Using the Online System for Tracking

Individuals who are unsure of where they left their fuel card can visit the system at fcs.niopdc.ir and select the option "Cards Left at Stations" to check the latest status of their card. For this, entering the PAN number on the fuel card or the vehicle's VIN number is sufficient.

If a person is unable to retrieve their fuel card for any reason, they can apply for a duplicate card. This process requires the submission of specific documents, including personal identification information and vehicle documents.

Requesting a New Fuel Card

Individuals who do not yet have a fuel card can apply for the issuance of a fuel card by visiting 10+ police centers. In this method, the vehicle owner or their legal representative must bring identification documents and vehicle documents.

Additionally, applicants can register for a fuel card through the online system fcs.niopdc.ir. In this case, there is an option to choose to receive the card by mail or to visit the regional offices of the National Oil Products Distribution Company in person.

To register a fuel card request through the system, individuals must provide the required information and documents, including the vehicle card or green sheet, postal code, phone number, and exact address of residence after logging in.

The applicant must select the option "Register Fuel Card Request" through the National Smart Government Services window and enter the requested information. In this section, the applicant's vehicle information is visible, and if they choose to receive it in person, the addresses of the fuel card issuance centers will be displayed to the applicant.
