Johann Wadephul, Germany's Foreign Minister, stated at a press conference that Germany, France, and the UK, as the European Troika, have expressed their readiness to hold new negotiations with Iran regarding the country's nuclear program. These negotiations will aim to ensure that Iran does not acquire nuclear weapons.
Global Concerns over Iran's Nuclear Program
In recent years, Iran's nuclear program has become one of the sensitive and critical issues in global politics. Many countries, especially in the West, are concerned that the development of Iran's nuclear program could lead to the country acquiring nuclear weapons. These concerns have intensified particularly after the United States' withdrawal from the nuclear agreement, the JCPOA, in 2018 and the increase in Iran's nuclear activities.

Diplomatic Efforts and the Future of Negotiations
The German Foreign Minister further stated that the European Troika is seeking to create conditions for Iran to fully adhere to its nuclear commitments. He also emphasized that these negotiations could provide an opportunity to strengthen diplomatic relations and reduce tensions in the region. According to Wadephul, any new agreement must include guarantees that prevent the expansion of Iran's nuclear program.
While previous nuclear negotiations faced many challenges, this time the European Troika hopes to reach agreements that meet the interests of all parties with a new and more compatible approach. Wadephul added that close cooperation with other countries and international organizations in this regard is crucial.
Despite these developments, the future of negotiations still appears uncertain. Iran has also shown that it will resist international pressures to limit its nuclear program. Analysts believe that achieving a sustainable agreement will require more time and effort from all parties involved.
