He stated that the victory of the Iranian nation in the Sacred Defense and other significant historical arenas was the result of the people's presence and Imam Khomeini's (RA) command for popular mobilization.

General Talaii Nik said: "Before the revolution, the country had serious dependencies on foreign entities in many areas, but today, after 48 years of facing sanctions and external pressures, the Islamic Republic of Iran has been able to stand on its own feet in many fields." He added that a significant portion of the country's needs is met by relying on scientists, specialists, and youth.

He referred to the development of indigenous capabilities and said: "Today, more than a thousand types of indigenous products and services are produced in the country, and some of these products and technologies have the potential for export." General Talaii Nik considered these achievements as a result of investment in human resources, knowledge, and national will, emphasizing that sanctions have not been able to halt the country's scientific and technological progress.

The spokesperson for the Ministry of Defense, referring to the scientific position of the country, said: "The development of indigenous knowledge and scientific capacities has elevated Iran's status in scientific fields." He also expressed hope that the new generation of students and scholars could continue this path with greater momentum, as the future of the country depends on their scientific and technological capabilities.
General Talaii Nik also referred to recent developments and conflicts, stating: "The Islamic Republic of Iran has always emphasized the end of conflicts and the establishment of peace, but at the same time, it considers defending the rights, security, and interests of the country as its duty." He emphasized that Iran's national power is not limited to military equipment, stating: "Today, Iran possesses significant capabilities in political, military, cultural, social, scientific, and technological fields." He also emphasized that continuing the path of martyrs does not only have meaning in the military field but must also be pursued in scientific and social arenas.
