Alireza Beiranvand, the goalkeeper of the national team and Tractor Club, discussed his military service situation in his latest statements and spoke about the challenges he faces. He emphasized that he has not done anything illegal and referred to the pressures from social media and the controversies surrounding his military service.
Medical File Status and Activity Permit
Beiranvand explained the process of reviewing his medical status, stating: "For now, I have a sports permit until the 20th of Mehr and I must wait for the response from the medical commission." He also added that during the medical commission meeting, his shoulder pain will be examined, and an MRI appointment has been scheduled for this issue.

He noted that the military service organization has sent a letter to the club and granted a sports activity permit until the 20th of Mehr. Beiranvand emphasized: "My citizen's right is to go for military service three or four months later, after the Asian Cup."
Unwillingness for Medical Exemption
The Tractor goalkeeper strongly emphasized that he does not intend to use a medical exemption, stating: "I am not looking for a medical exemption. I promise the people that I will never take a medical exemption." In response to rumors about his mental state, he said: "I have a tattoo on my right arm. I do not have any nerve or psychological problems."
Beiranvand, in a different tone, referred to the public's reaction to his military service situation, saying: "If I truly know that people will be happy with my going to military service, I will go without any effort. If I know that Beiranvand's going will make people so happy that they will slaughter a sheep every week and eat together with their families, I will go to military service at the first opportunity."
Pressures from Social Media and Military Service
Beiranvand further referred to the pressures arising from social media, stating: "I do not want to be sacrificed because of social media pressure. Those who deserve it should be given their rights." He noted that he had asked the military service organization about similar cases and they said that due to social pressure, some other players have been easily sent to service.
He also mentioned the possibility of joining a military team, saying: "Maybe I won't go to the military team for the people. Maybe I will go to a barrack in Tabriz and train with Tractor." Beiranvand emphasized that only five months remain for his service and he will take advantage of his legal rights to utilize the available opportunities.
Ultimate Goal: Success in the Asian Cup
Beiranvand's main goal from these actions is to maintain readiness and presence in the national team for the Asian Cup. He said: "I want to uphold my citizen's right until the Asian Cup to bring about a good event for the people."
Finally, Beiranvand reiterated his respect for the people and we must wait to see what the medical commission will announce about his physical condition in the meeting on the 14th of Mehr and what decision the military service organization will make regarding the timing of this goalkeeper's enlistment.
